Let’s Rock Out Records / Website information
Terms of Service
Updated October 12, 2026
Using the website
These terms apply to your use of the Let’s Rock Out Records website. Use the site lawfully and consistently with these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use. These terms do not replace a separate written agreement for recording, production, licensing, live performance, merchandise, or other services.
Website purpose
The site provides information about Let’s Rock Out Records, TWOFEW, Cygnill, music, live appearances, and production work. Artist information, availability, release plans, and event details may change. Confirm current details with the artist, venue, organizer, or relevant service before making arrangements.
Music, images, and other content
Music, recordings, artwork, photographs, videos, written content, logos, and other materials belong to their respective owners or are used with permission. You may browse the website and use authorized listening and sharing features provided by linked platforms. Public availability does not grant a license to reproduce, distribute, sample, synchronize, commercially exploit, or otherwise reuse protected material.
For reuse or licensing inquiries, contact the relevant rights holder. See our Copyright Notice.
Bookings, production, purchases, and submissions
A website inquiry is a request for discussion and does not confirm a booking, reserve a date, establish pricing, or create a production agreement. Services require separate confirmation and any applicable written agreement.
Merchandise purchases, ticket purchases, streaming subscriptions, refunds, and cancellations are governed by the seller or provider handling the transaction. This website does not process payments.
Send accurate contact information and only materials you are entitled to share. Sending music or a proposal does not establish roster membership, a recording deal, confidentiality, or a license for commercial use. Arrange confidentiality separately before sharing confidential material.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to impersonate another person, submit fraudulent demands, infringe rights, distribute malware, harass others, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt services, or misrepresent an affiliation with the label or its artists. Do not falsely claim ownership of our artists’ work or imply endorsement without authorization.
Third-party services and privacy
External websites and embedded services are operated by their respective providers. Their terms, privacy notices, security practices, and availability apply when you use them. A link does not guarantee their content or services.
Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain the current website features and visitor choices.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but errors, changes, interruptions, and technical issues can occur. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its informational content are provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or suitability for a particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Let’s Rock Out Records is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on website information or the use of independent third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability, rights, remedies, or protections that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Updates and contact
We may update these terms to reflect website changes. The updated date appears below the page title. Separate service agreements remain governed by their own terms.
For privacy questions, requests, or website concerns, use the TWOFEW inquiry form and identify your message as a Let’s Rock Out Records website inquiry.
