Let’s Rock Out Records / Website information
Privacy Policy
Updated October 12, 2026
About this notice
This notice explains the information practices of the Let’s Rock Out Records website. It covers our artist profiles, music links, news links, and optional embedded media. Linked artist websites, streaming services, shops, and hosting services have their own privacy practices.
Information involved when you visit
The custom website does not include a newsletter signup, account registration form, checkout, advertising pixel, or visitor analytics script. Its hosting and access providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, page requests, timestamps, and sign-in or security information to deliver and protect the site. WordPress or the hosting provider may manage administrative sign-in and security cookies. Installed plugins may introduce additional processing and should be reviewed when enabled.
If you send an inquiry through a linked contact form, the receiving artist or business receives the information you submit, which may include your name, email address, telephone number, event details, and message. Those forms are hosted on the linked websites rather than this website.
How information is used
Inquiry information is used to respond to your request, discuss bookings or production work, and manage related correspondence. Technical information may be used by hosting providers to deliver pages, manage access, troubleshoot problems, and protect their services. Sending an inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to a mailing list on this website.
Music players and external websites
Spotify, Facebook, and YouTube players are not loaded automatically. Selecting a player’s play or load button connects your browser to that service. The service may receive technical information and use cookies or similar technologies under its own policies. Read Spotify’s Privacy Policy before loading its player if you have questions about its practices. For YouTube performances, see Google’s Privacy Policy. For studio videos, see Meta’s Privacy Policy.
Links to Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, social networks, ticket information, artist websites, and merchandise lead to services we do not control. Their policies apply when you visit them or submit information there. The website’s hosting provider and any separately installed plugins operate under their own privacy policies.
Disclosure and retention
Our custom website code does not transmit visitor information to advertising networks or implement a sale of visitor data. Hosting providers and linked services operate under their own policies. Inquiry information may be shared with the people needed to address your booking or production request, and information may be disclosed when legally required or needed to address fraud, security incidents, or legal claims.
Correspondence is retained as needed to handle requests, manage ongoing business relationships, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Hosting logs and information submitted to third-party services are subject to those providers’ retention practices. This site does not specify or control their retention periods.
Your choices and requests
You can browse without loading embedded media. Use “Stop embedded media” in the footer to remove an active player from the current page. Browser settings can help you manage cookies and stored site data. Stopping a player does not delete information already received by a provider.
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of inquiry information, or to raise a privacy concern. We will assess requests under applicable law, and may need to verify your identity. Some records may need to be retained for legal or operational reasons. Requests about data held by Spotify, Meta, Google, the hosting provider, or another service should also be directed to that service.
Children and security
This website is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13 through this website. Please contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information through a linked inquiry channel so the recipient can investigate.
No online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information through general inquiry forms.
Contact and updates
For privacy questions, requests, or website concerns, use the TWOFEW inquiry form and identify your message as a Let’s Rock Out Records website inquiry. For information submitted directly to Chris Lawrie, use his contact page. Do not include passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information.
We may update this notice as the website and its features change. The updated date will appear on this page.
